Christina is a seasoned professional with multi-sectoral senior leadership experience in change leadership, human resources management, corporate strategy, process improvement, quality systems and governance. She has served in profit, not for-profit organisations, private and quasi-public organisations in the energy, hospitality, manufacturing, security printing, healthcare and faith sectors.  She draws from a unique blend of human sciences, industry knowledge, strategic expertise and emerging world curiosity to help individuals and organisations navigate the curveballs a VUCA world presents.

She is also a family caregiver, whose own journey opened her eyes to the highs and lows of caregiving – a journey that birthed a deep concern for socio-economically disadvantaged family caregivers.

A certified mental health coach, Christina holds a Master of Science in Management & Organisational Development, Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and German and a Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management.
