With over 15 years’ experience within the commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Walter is a seasoned professional in health and human services. He is currently CEO and Co-Founder of Walgen Consultants and Walgen Human Services in Pittsburgh, PA. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Adult and Community Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Studies from Excelsior University.

A champion of self-directed learning, Walter is the  author of two books  – Guide to Earning College Credits by Testing and, Hacking College.  In addition to serving on TC£ Africa’s Advsiory Board, Walter is actively involved in community service as the Vice Chair of Sampson YMCA in Pittsburgh, PA and as a member of the Alumni Leadership Council of Excelsior University.
